About your facilitator - Chantell Park
Chantell Park is the facilitator of the Occupational Certificate: Real Estate Agent (NQF Level 4) and brings a unique combination of legal knowledge, corporate experience, practical real estate expertise, and a passion for education.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (B.Com Law), Chantell has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the corporate environment, specialising in negotiations, contracts, compliance, and business operations. Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the legal and contractual principles that underpin successful business and property transactions.
A few years ago, Chantell entered the real estate industry and quickly developed a passion for helping people achieve their property goals. She began her journey as a Candidate Property Practitioner and steadily progressed through the ranks to become a Full Status Property Practitioner and eventually the Principal of her own successful boutique real estate agency, PARKLIN Real Estate. This hands-on experience provides her with valuable practical insights into the day-to-day realities of the real estate profession.
Alongside her work in property, Chantell discovered a passion for training and skills development. As the Director of PARKLIN Academy, she has spent years facilitating training programmes in the corporate sector, helping individuals develop practical workplace skills and achieve professional growth.
Today, PARKLIN Academy has expanded its offering to include specialised real estate education, providing aspiring property practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the industry.
With Chantell Park at the helm, learners benefit from training that combines real-world experience, legal expertise, practical industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to student success. Her goal is not only to help learners obtain their qualification but also to prepare them for a successful and rewarding career in South Africa's dynamic real estate industry.
