Assessments

At Parklin Academy, our training is designed to ensure that every learner not only completes the qualification but truly understands and applies what they’ve learned. We proudly offer the newly formulated Occupational Certificate in Real Estate: NQF Level 4, which is aligned with the latest industry and PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) standards. This qualification consists of three core components: Six Knowledge Modules – covering the essential theoretical foundations of real estate. Six Practical Skills Modules – focusing on applying your knowledge in real-life property scenarios. Six Workplace Modules – allowing you to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a qualified mentor or principal. Each module is supported by detailed content, real-world examples, thought-provoking questions, and interactive quizzes to reinforce understanding. This structured approach ensures that learners grasp not only the “what” but also the “why” and “how” behind real estate principles and practices. By the end of the course, learners will be fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a competent Full Status Property Practitioner — ready to thrive in South Africa’s dynamic real estate industry.
